Introduction To ISO 27011 (ISO27011)
The telecommunications sector standard, ISO 27011 has now reached FDIS ballot stage within its development cycle (Technical Committee JTC 1/SC 27).
The standard itself provides guidelines and principles for initiating, implementing, maintaining, and improving information security management (ISM) within in telecommunications organizations based upon ISO 27002. Its objectives are to offer practical guidance specially suited for telecommunications organizations
